Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped from Finland.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order ships.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship to Finland and other countries within the European Union.

Delivery times (estimated, after processing)
EU: Ships within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery: 10-20 business days.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to the carrier, customs, or high-demand periods.

Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Tracking
A tracking number is provided for every order once it has been dispatched. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at usehvanek00@gmail.com and we will help resolve the issue with the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Incorrect address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.
